Cream base, collar and lid. Bacchus with rgape leaves in hair on lid. This beautiful stein features an inlaid lid. Which means a pottery insert rimmed by pewter. Teh stein design is relief, sometimes called applied relief. The decor si raised above the surface of the piece.
