German Canoneers Regimental SteinI had this stein listed once before and it sold for over $200.00 but before i shipped it the gentleman that bought it called me and said that someone had sent him an email telling him that it was a reproduction and he wanted his money back, so i refunded his money. I did not list it as being made in 1905, i figure that is the date of the battle that the scenes depict, i have no idea of when it was made, or for that matter, that anyone even did reproduce them. If it was made last year it could be an original if there are no more like it. But enough about that, i'm selling it for what it is and that is a very nice stein in perfect condition. The barrel of the canon pivots, there is a list of names on either side of the handle, and there are three seams in the lid, these are answers to questions that i received before. There is a picture in the btotom of a man and woman holding hands you can see if you hold it up to light. Any questions i'll be glad to answer, i'm not trying to mislead anyone. I will pack well but insurance is recommended. |
